Iboga Root Bark Vs Ibogaine
Most of what is written online is about Ibogaine. There are even many instances of Ibogaine simply referred to as Iboga which is not true. Iboga root bark is the raw, natural material shaved from the root of the Tabernanthe Iboga shrub from West Central Africa. It contains the bark pulp and a mix of twelve alkaloids including Ibogaine. From the perspective of creative intelligence, this plant is not here by chance and it was meant to be consumed the way nature created it. Ibogaine on the other hand, is a single, isolated alkaloid extracted from the root bark. It is a purified chemical compound, typically Ibogaine Hydrochloride, a white powder that is fifty times more concentrated than in the bark. All the clinical trials and risk reports are from Ibogaine, not root bark. The root bark experience is the wholesome, natural journey, ingested slowly over a long period of time. JEREMY
Jeremy's journey providing Kambo and Iboga began in 2012 in Canada. In a humble dual-yurt lodge, he lived amongst the cedar trees, next door to the Cheakamus river in Squamish. Over eight years, Jeremy served hundreds of journeyers in that magic space but 2020 changed everything. The insanity of visitation restrictions were enforced, abruptly ending the practice. Jeremy sold his beloved space and moved to Gambier Island to practice discretely in a temporary space, but the restriction continued which led to a crossroad. These powerful catalysts opened a portal with visions of a new life in a new country. Following his heart and his gut, he began the creation of a simple and minimal life in Nicaragua, living rurally in a coastal village. Jeremy serves Kambo and Iboga with deep reverence and stillness where silence is the foundation. A deep voyage in letting go of the characters played by both himself and the journeyers. Jeremy holds space with admiration for authentic commitment, witnessing the courage to see life with radical responsibility, exposing victim illusions and setting them free. His space and medicines are held in trust and love, rekindling remembrance of the intelligent creative force.
